Janani Munagamage is a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment for students. Born on September 12, 1997, in Sri Lanka, Janani pursued her education in the Arts stream, completing her Advanced Level Examination in 2016 and her Ordinary Level Examination in 2013. Her educational journey was further enriched by obtaining a Higher National Diploma in English from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education (SLIATE) in Nawalapitiya in 2019, alongside a Diploma in Human Resources from the Youth Council Service in Polgolla.
Janani began her professional career as a trained English teacher, where she successfully completed a six-month teacher training program at Thalathuoya Junior School. She further expanded her expertise by serving as a demonstrator at the Cavendish College of Business Studies (CCBS Campus) in Kandy, gaining a year of experience in this role. Her strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills have been key to her success, enabling her to create a stimulating and encouraging atmosphere for her students.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Janani is proficient in both English and Sinhala and is recognized for her skills in communication, IT, management, and analytical problem-solving. She has also been actively involved in extracurricular activities, serving as a senior prefect and a member of the Past Prefect Association in Kandy.
Janani continues to seek opportunities to apply her skills in education and leadership, contributing to the academic growth and personal development of her students.
